The new 2017 Chrysler Pacifica minivan is replacing an icon, Chrysler's Town & Country, by breaking the mold. The Pacifica is wrapped in a pretty, new package and has a handsome interior that rivals anything in its class. Edmunds.com recently previewed the Pacifica at the Detroit Auto Show.
In addition to good looks, the Pacifica has some great new features, including a dual-screen rear entertainment system, automatic emergency braking, a built-in vacuum cleaner (!!!) and an automated parallel and perpendicular parking system.
With five trim levels, the Pacifica offers a full range of option packages. The base LX includes many creature comforts for drivers, including heated mirrors, keyless ignition, a power driver seat, a 5-inch touchscreen display, Bluetooth, voice commands, Uconnect access. At the high end, the Limited adds on hands-free liftgate and sliding doors, two sunroofs, leather upholstery, and a power folding third-row seat.
